Accessibility statement
Accessibility means that websites, mobile applications, and their content can be used and understood by everyone, including people with disabilities.
The current Haaga-Helia Online service (haagaheliaonline.fi) was published in 2021.
This accessibility statement was created on 3 March 2021. The accessibility of the service was originally evaluated by Avidly and was last reviewed and updated on 3 June 2026. This page was last updated on 5 June 2026.
The accessibility of the service has been evaluated through a certified Web Accessibility Specialist review, automated testing, and accessibility reviews. During the latest review, issues related to content structure, navigation, keyboard accessibility, alternative texts, and document accessibility were identified and corrected.

Supervisory authority
If you notice accessibility issues on the website, first leave your feedback with us, the administrators of the website. It may take up to 14 days to receive an answer from us. Should you not be satisfied with the answer or you do not receive an answer from us within two weeks, you may file a complaint with the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland. The agency website has detailed instructions (in Finnish and Swedish only) on how to file a complaint and how the issue will be handled.
